1. IntroductionIn recent years, green and low-carbon transformation has become a frontier for a new round of global industrial competition. China is moving towards the emission reduction targets of carbon peaking and carbon neutrality. This goal is mainly achieved by reducing the consumption of traditional fossil energy and increasing nuclear power generation [,,,]. Currently, China’s nuclear power generation ranks second in the world.
