Fridays seem to always be a bit of a relaxing evening for us, and I love it that way. I watched Emily in Paris and relaxed. Saturday we met Colt and his girls at the park for a bit. Then Jake and I went to Edina to check out a new restaurant that's opening called Dexter's. It's an elevated sports bar, and it was so good! I highly recommend checking it out! We drove over to Target Field after to see Green Day. They were a bucket list band for me. Dookie is one of my favorite albums of all time.

Let me start off with some recipes I made this week that were awesome as I kick of my weekend pictures! Monday I made this crab salad. It was great! Very different from normal dinners we'd have. The toasted brioche bun is key! Friday I had a second face procedure. I had my first one in 2022. I basically have a malformation of blood vessels, and they have to inject those in a procedure called scelotherapy. It was bigger this time, so the bruising and swelling is much more significant this time. I'm hoping it means it will stay gone longer or forever?

We JUST got back from Door County and made great time. I'm going into the radio station today, so I wanted to put this together quick! I went to Door County for the first time last year, and this is my itinerary. The pictures no longer show up for some reason, so I'm sorry about that. We stayed in Ephraim this time in this Airbnb. It was very nice, and it was a great location.
