Pasta salad may get all the love in the hot summer months, but in my book, warm and cozy pasta dinners deserve to be celebrated all year long. I love to incorporate fresh seasonal veggies in my summer pasta recipes, which inspired this garlic Parmesan summer squash pasta. The noodles are coated in plenty of Parmesan and a buttery garlic sauce (who needs garlic bread when you have garlic-Parm pasta?), and tossed with sautéed summer squash and zucchini.
