The dressed atom approach provides a tool to investigate the dynamics of an atom-laser system by fully retaining the quantum nature of the coherent mode. In its standard derivation, the internal atom-laser evolution is described within the rotating-wave approximation, which determines a doublet structure of the spectrum and the peculiar fluorescence triplet in the steady state.

1 IntroductionColorectal cancer (CRC) is the third most common cancer worldwide (colon: 1,148,515; rectum: 732,210) (1) and the second leading cause of cancer-related deaths (colon: 935,000; rectum: 339,022) (2) in 2020. There were about 555,000 new cases of colorectal cancer in China in 2020, accounting for 12.2% of the number of new cancers in that year, and nearly 286,000 deaths, accounting for 9.5% of the number of cancer deaths in China that year (3).

1. IntroductionIn recent decades, personalized medicine has laid the basis for a novel therapeutical option for solid-tumor patients [1,2]. Currently, target therapy is routinely available for the clinical administration of several solid-tumor patients, including metastatic colorectal cancer (mCRC), melanoma (MM), non-small cell lung cancer (NSCLC), gastrointestinal stromal tumor (GIST), and breast cancer (BC) patients [3,4,5,6,7,8,9].
