SARATOGA SPRINGS — Gary Clark Jr. and Trombone Shorty & Orleans Avenue will be the headliners at the 48th annual Saratoga Jazz Festival, presented by GE Vernova, Saratoga Performing Arts Center announced this week. The festival will be held June 28-29 at SPAC and will feature a lineup of 22 musical groups, including 10 festival debuts.
