Sometimes little things can make a big difference. A good example is a food cooler purchased by Athens Food Rescue and given to Heritage Community Clinic Food Pantry. Every month the pantry does a food handout, and it needed a cooler for that distribution. Thanks to funds provided by QuidelOrtho of Athens, AFR made that happen. “This is some of the remaining amount of the funds provided by QuidelOrtho that were provided to us in 2024,” explained AFR Executive Director Nanda Filkin.
