QNET, a global e-commerce-based direct selling company, has dissociated itself from a fraudulent operation uncovered by the Economic and Financial Crimes Commission (EFCC) in Abuja. QNET’s Regional Manager, Sub-Saharan Africa, Biram Fall, said this in a statement on Thursday in Lagos. According to him, the operation, referred to as a ‘Ponzi scheme academy’, misused the QNET name and led to the arrest of 133 individuals.
