    Lekan Fatodu, Director General (D-G), Lagos State Sports Commission (LSSC), has assured that the Teslim Balogun Stadium, Surulere, under reconstruction would soon be opened for athletics competition. Fatodu made the pledge on Tuesday at the media briefing heralding the MTN Champs Continental Relays held at the MTN Event Center, Falomo-Ikoyi, Lagos State. It was reported that the MTN Champs Continental Relays Season 3 is scheduled for Lagos from April 9 to April 12.

    The National Association of Telecommunications Subscribers (NATCOMS) on Monday said it would challenge the Federal Government’s decision to allow telecoms operators increase tariff by 50 per cent in a court of law. The President, NATCOMS, Mr Deolu Ogunbanjo, in an interview with the News Agency of Nigeria (NAN) in Lagos said that the Nigerian Communications Commission (NCC) did not carry it along in the arrangement.
