    A number of Premier League legends will be heading to Belfast next month for a big charity showdown. Names including Wes Brown, Stiliyan Petrov and Jermaine Pennant will take on a Tea With Me FC side led by top comedian Shane Todd. Some of the other names confirmed for the match include former Manchester United and Euro '96 star Karel Poborsky and ex-Northern Ireland winger Keith Gillespie.

    GAA dual star Ruairi Mooney will host his new solo art exhibition and sale of work next weekend. Titled 'Horizon', the show will be held at Portrush Town Hall on Friday, Saturday and Sunday, April 25-27. It will be Mooney's first event of the year, following on from his hugely popular exhibition events in 2022, 2023 and 2024. 'Horizon' will showcase 15 original paintings inspired by the beauty of the artist’s local hometown.

    Belfast boxer Caoimhin Agyarko extended his unbeaten record to 17-0 with a bruising win on Saturday night. The 28-year-old proved his class and character in seeing off Ryan Kelly by majority decision in Sheffield. Agyarko - who took the fight on only 10 days' notice - claimed the WBA Continental Super Welterweight title on the undercard of Dalton Smith vs Mathieu Germain. The 28-year-old beat Harley Collison on points at York Hall earlier this month, in what was his first bout since last August.

    Stephen Ferris insists Ulster need to regroup after several players picked up injuries in Saturday night's 41-17 defeat to Leinster. Richie Murphy's men lost Stuart McCloskey in the warm-up and Mike Lowry was stretchered off in the first half with what appeared to be a serious neck injury. Cormac Izuchukwu also limped off while Stewart Moore was sent for a head impact assessment (HIA), forcing head coach Murphy into making several first-half changes.
