Constitution Hill remains on track for the Punchestown Festival this Friday after impressing Nicky Henderson in a Sunday morning session at Seven Barrows. Following falls in the Champion Hurdle at Cheltenham and the Aintree Hurdle, the eight year old is set to travel to Ireland this coming week after Henderson expressed his satisfaction with the horse's well-being. On X, he posted: "Constitution Hill jumped four fences on our Canter Carpet schooling strip this morning with James Bowen on top.

Kildare and Louth clash in the first of today's Leinster Senior Football Championship semi-finals. The match takes place at O'Connor Park in Tullamore, with throw-in scheduled for 2pm. It will be followed by the meeting of Dublin and Meath at O'Moore Park in Portlaoise, where throw-in is at 4pm. This match is huge because as well as a place in the Leinster final being up for grabs, the last place in the All-Ireland is also on the line, with the losers going to the Tailteann Cup.
