The Big Carolina 3-A/4-A Conference, which consists of schools D.H. Conley, Havelock, Jacksonville, J.H. Rose, New Bern, Northside and South Central, recently released its all-conference teams for the winter season. The number of all-conference spots for some sports are determined by how teams finish in the standings and are decided the coaches of every team. Player and coach of the year awards are voted by the coaches.
