Plasmid construction and cell transfectionAll plasmids were constructed with restriction-enzyme digestion and recombination methods (Vazyme). The pcDNA3.0 backbone vector was used for the construction of circGFP minigene and mCherry plasmid. For circGFP minigene, the annotated flanking sequences of circVN1R1, two split GFP fragments and an IRES element were inserted into the backbone between Hind III and Apa I.
