The multi-million dollar, two-level highway suspension bridge linking Cincinnati, Ohio and Covington, Ky. and the north-south Interstate 75 highway, is shown with more than one-third of the spanning steel work in place, Feb. 14, 1963. The two-level roadway, one north and one south, will carry three lanes of traffic. Completion of the bridge and connecting roadways is scheduled for late summer of 1964.
