David, a graduate from Liverpool Hope University who also captained the blind cricket team at the Royal National College for the Blind, believes a cooperative approach between universities would be “fantastic”.     UEFA has come under fire after announcing that the clubs who reach the Europa League final in Dublin will receive only half of the 48,000 tickets available.
