LAFAYETTE, La. (KLFY) — Acadiana Eats Kitchen is on the road prepping for all the Festival International fun with Aww Shucks. The Acadiana Eats team had the pleasure to try their rich, spicy oysters topped with a green onion garnish, along with their fresh grilled shrimp on skewers. The vendors told KLFY 10 how proud they are to be serving the Acadiana community and are excited to be vending at festival again.

Market Eatz is a local specialty market, bar and restaurant where they cook up delicious chef inspired dishes all made from scratch. Today, they served the Acadiana Eats team one of their savory Ragin Wraps with a flour tortilla, grilled shrimp, sweet chili glaze, spring mix greens and scrumptious mayo. The dish is served with a side of their classic crispy Market Fries.
