The restaurant, called "Koji" will be located at 554 Mill St., in what was most recently the PB&J vegan restaurant. Tom and Katie Heidt, in the final stages of a remodel, hope to cater to a variety of locals, including Geisinger workers and employees of downtown businesses.

Owner Jennifer Brouse is no stranger to providing delicious sweets to customers, originally offering her products as part of the Cherokee Tap Room in Riverside, which her family owned. "Jenn's Sugar Shack" was born out of Brouse's desire to put smiles on people's faces with the first bite of flavorful baked goods.
