A major cellular outage impacted tens of thousands across the U.S."Reports started at about 12:46 a.m., when tens of thousands of people started to say, 'hey, my phone's not working.' A company called Decorilla is able to reduce the costs of design by some 80 percent by using AI technology. They don't lose the human touch either. They use some 350 designers to assist with the development of the design. Economists with Realtor.com have looked into their crystal ball. They say certain markets that performed badly this year may see double-digit growth next year. U.S. housing markets that saw the biggest sales declines in 2023 are projected to achieve double-digit sales growth in the New Year. Realtor.com says those markets include the Northeast and Midwest.
