The former London home of EssenceMediacom on Theobalds Road has a slightly forlorn air. Britain’s biggest media agency vacated the imposing, grey office block in Holborn last year, in favour of WPP’s campus by the River Thames, and a property developer is preparing to redevelop the old site.
