On Wednesday, March 19, the Stearns County Sheriff’s Office Warrant Task Force identified an address in the City of Cold Spring where 24-year-old Larry Gene Mosley was believed to be staying. Mosley had an active felony arrest warrant for domestic assault – strangulation.

    By Grace Jacobson / News DirectorST. CLOUD, Minn. — The St. Cloud Police Department says the man stabbed last week Thursday, March 13, has died from his injuries. Officials say the 36-year-old man from St. Cloud died at the St. Cloud Hospital Friday evening. He was hospitalized after an altercation near downtown St. Cloud led 25-year-old suspect Marquis Jacob Fisher to stab him before fleeing the scene. Officers found and arrested Fisher late Friday morning.

Around 11 a.m. on Friday, March 14, members of the St. Cloud Police Department’s Community Response Team and Central Minnesota Violent Offenders Task Force found and arrested 25-year-old Marquis Jacob Fisher, a man they believe to be homeless in the St. Cloud area.
