The teenager, who also had cerebral palsy, had been in a coma since the April 5 shooting, and tests on Friday showed he had no brain activity according to his aunt, Ana Vazquez. He had undergone several surgeries after being injured and doctors removed nine bullets and amputated his leg.

The doomed helicopter in the Hudson River crash was on its eighth flight of the day but had no flight recorder say officials. The Bell 206 L-4 helicopter, spiraled into the river and killed a Spanish family-of-five plus the pilot who was flying the aircraft. The chopper had done seven journeys on Thursday before the fatal flight which took the family on a trip around New York City.

A woman from New York City discovered her "paternity test was incorrect" after having an abortion. The 28-year-old, who has not been named, is expected to take legal action over alleged 'false paternity test results' say reports. She filed an amended complaint against Winn Health Labs in the Bronx and Ohio's DNA Diagnostics Center this week, after making the "excruciating decision" to have an abortion last year.
