Three leaders of groups critical of the North Dakota Legislature expressed frustration on Thursday with the lawmaker's lack of action on what they feel mattered to residents this session and announced a “people’s session,” where people can gather to discuss their priorities and how to address them. The inaugural “people’s session” will take place on Friday, May 16, from 9 a.m. to 4 p.m. at the Heritage Center and will be open to any North Dakotan.
