(WKRG) – Stay WEATHER AWARE over the next couple of days as strong to severe storms are possible for portions of the News 5 area. A SEVERE T-STORM WATCH is in place for our Mississippi counties until 7 p.m. as well as Washington, Clarke, Monroe, and Conecuh counties in Alabama until 10 p.m. Monday.

    MOBILE, Ala. (WKRG) – Stay WEATHER AWARE Tuesday as strong to severe storms are possible for portions of the News 5 area. A level 2 of 5 risk in place for Tuesday as isolated severe storms are possible. Damaging wind gusts are the main threat, but some small hail, frequent lightning, and heavy downpours are also possible. These storms are expected to move into the area starting closer to the mid-afternoon and early Tuesday evening and will finally exit by late Tuesday.
