MISHAWAKA — Construction on the $175 million apartment-townhouse-hotel plans for the Grandview Phase III project at Cleveland and Gumwood roads could begin later this year, according to Great Lakes Capital officials. The current plan is to break ground in late spring or early summer 2025, according to Kristen Sawdon, managing director and principal with Great Lakes Capital. She said more details on the start and on the details of the project would be available once a firm start date is set.
