It is being reported the callers are telling people they missed jury duty and a warrant was issued for their arrest. The callers are then requesting payments over the phone to satisfy the warrant.

    GRAND FORKS, N.D. (Valley News Live) - The Grand Forks Fire Department responded to a fire at a hotel in the early morning hours of Sunday, April 6. A fire alarm was going off at the Stay Inn at 1000 North 42nd Street around 5:00 a.m. When fire crews arrived, they found smoke and the call was upgraded. Further investigation determined that a bathroom fan caused a fire and it was quickly extinguished. Firefighters say damage was contained to the one hotel unit.
