MARQUETTE, Mich. (WLUC) - Marquette County residents had the chance to learn how to better improve their health Thursday. The seventh annual Marquette County Community Resource Fair was held at Lakeview Arena. It’s hosted by Upper Peninsula Health Care Solutions (UPHCS) and Upper Peninsula Health Plan (UPHP). People that stay here are provided a key to get in and out. It’s very quiet out here. It’s out away from the roads.”There’s 120 acres of land and plenty to do. “We have a picnic area,” Garceau said.

WAKEFIELD, Mich. (WLUC) - Snowmobiling on the water. One racer describes it as a mix between deep-snow riding and a stand-up jet ski. “The feeling is very similar to, like I said to going out west, ya know, going riding in the mountains, so, if you love that stuff and you live in the Midwest, watercross is great to keep that going all summer long,” said Grant Whitaker. Whitaker says it can take 100 hours to build this type of snowmobile.
