Chiral cyclohexenylamines, a particularly important class of chiral cycloalkyl amine, are widely applied in pharmaceutical and perfume industries and serve as momentous building blocks for various alkaloids, (1) such as aphanorphine, sarain A, hetisine, etc. Moreover, the retaining carbon–carbon double bond in chiral cyclohexenylamines renders them more amenable to versatile transformations.
