Mycotoxins are toxic metabolites produced by molds during their growth and reproduction, which enter the bodies of humans and animals via contaminated food, causing acute or chronic toxicity [1], [2]. Aflatoxin B1 (AFB1), the most toxic mycotoxin, has been classified as the group I potent carcinogen by the World Health Organization, which widely exists in various agricultural products and foods items [3], [4].
