2. Materials and Methods 2.1. AnimalsAll animal studies were approved by the Laboratory Animals Ethics Committee of Ningbo University (permission number NBU20210034) and conducted in accordance with the Chinese guidelines for animal welfare and experimental protocol after approval by the Animal Care and Use Committee of the Animal Nutrition Institute of Ningbo University. APP/PS1 mice and littermate wild-type mice were purchased from Hangzhou Ziyuan experimental animal Technology Co., Ltd.
