1. IntroductionMoving bottlenecks represent dynamic disruptions in traffic flow, frequently resulting from vehicle collisions, slow-moving vehicles, abrupt changes in traffic demand, or emergency situations [1]. Vehicle collisions, particularly multi-vehicle accidents or incidents involving damaged vehicles that obstruct the roadway, directly impede traffic and generate shockwaves affecting trailing vehicles.

Plant-based diet index and all-cause and cause‑specific mortality: a prospective study
Background: A plant-based dietary pattern has been recently suggested to have health benefits. However, its relation to mortality is not completely consistent in prior studies. We aimed to investigate whether plant-based diet was associated with lower death risk in Prostate, Lung, Colorectal and Ovarian (PLCO) Cancer Screening study. Methods: We included 91,414 participants from the PLCO study.

AbstractDrawing on the dual system theory, a configuration model for cyberchondria was proposed to explore the complex interplay between the individual characteristics, socioemotional system, and cognitive control system in causing cyberchondria. A questionnaire was distributed to users who have searched for health information on social media platforms. A total of 320 valid responses were collected. The fuzzy-set qualitative comparative analysis (fsQCA) method was employed to analyse the data.
