POLICE have confirmed that a “person of interest” was detained on Monday night in connection with the murder of 20-year-old Savanna Dyer and, hours later, a second suspect surrendered himself to the authorities. The first suspect was held at a home along Quarry Street, East Dry River in Port of Spain after 11 p.m. on Monday.
