In this study, fresh peripheral blood and formalin-fixed paraffin-embedded (FFPE) tissue were retrospectively collected from 15 pLEC patients for WES and RNA-seq integration analysis. All patients were diagnosed at the First Affiliated Hospital of Guangxi Medical University between June 2016 and June 2020. To rule out nasopharyngeal carcinoma lung metastasis in individuals, head CT, nasopharyngoscopy, and magnetic resonance imaging (MRI) were performed.
