1 Introduction Colorectal cancer (CRC) is one of the most common cancer types worldwide and a major contributor to cancer-related deaths. It is estimated that by 2023, approximately 150 000 people are diagnosed with CRC, and about 50 000 of them will succumb to the disease [1]. Fortunately, CRC is curable when detected early. For early-diagnosed patients at stage I of the disease, the 5-year survival rate exceeds 90% [2].

1. IntroductionThe concrete-face rockfill dam (CFRD) is supported by a rockfill body and adopts an upstream concrete-face slab as an antiseepage structure [1]. It has the advantages of strong adaptability to foundation conditions, being able to use materials locally, occupying less arable land, saving investment, having a fast construction speed, and better safety. Due to the advantages, a large quantity of CFRDs have been constructed all over the world [2].
