A wildfire on the Iron Mesa, south of Willow Creek, was reported around 12 p.m. Sunday, has grown to 900 acres and is 0% contained as of 6:50 p.m., according to a social posting by inciweb.wildfire.gov.The Iron Fire, as it's been named, is being fed by grass, brush, heavy dead/down fuels, and timber in the Gila National Forest.Water is being delivered by helicopter, and crews are moving into the fire area to assess and size up opportunities for containment.This is a developing story.
