Police arrested a 40-year-old man who allegedly pointed a gun at someone outside an automotive parts store on Saturday afternoon, said a Santa Fe Police Department news release.The victim told police that he was talking with a friend outside the Speedway store at Siler Road and Agua Fria Street when two trucks pulled up. A man in one truck got out with a pipe in his hand and threatened the victim.

A warrant has been issued for a 20-year-old man who shot two people Friday, one of whom died, a Hobbs Police Department news release said.HPD officers found Michael Alonzo Wynne Garcia in his vehicle a few blocks away from the shooting, which happened on the 800 block of East Lincoln Road.
