The application sought to rezone a four-acre lot along Berlin Turnpike from R-1, residential, to R-C, retirement community. A Friday afternoon vehicle crash along Tall Cedars Parkway has killed one person and injured two juveniles, according to the Loudoun County Sheriff's Office. Loudoun County Fire and Rescue personnel and Sheriff's Office deputies responded to the call at approximately 2:15 p.m. Two individuals were transported to a local hospital with serious injuries, and a third was treated on the scene. The driver of one of the vehicles was later pronounced dead at the hospital.
