The Eaton and Palisades fires which began January 7, 2025 have both been burning for more than two weeks. As firefighters make progress containing these massive blazes, we wanted to lay out the real-estate impacts that these fires have had and what we could see in the weeks ahead. New fires and ongoing windy conditions mean that the situation is evolving.
