    GRATIOT CO., Mich. (WNEM) – A St. Louis man and a child both died after being pulled from a house fire in Gratiot County on Monday, June 2. The Gratiot County Sheriff’s Office said it received a call shortly before 1:30 a.m. on Monday and deputies were dispatched to a house fire on N. Royce Road in Emerson Township. Central dispatch advised there were multiple people inside the home.

    SAGINAW TWP., Mich. (WNEM) – A fire caused extensive damage to a home in Saginaw Township on Monday, June 2. According to Saginaw Township Fire Chief Christopher Van Loo, fire crews were called to a home on Stoker Drive at about 2:47 p.m. on Monday. Van Loo said a detached garage on the property is a total loss, and the fire extended from the garage, causing extensive damage to the house. The fire chief said a neighboring home also had some heat damage due to the fire.

    FLINT, Mich. (WNEM) – Crime Stoppers of Flint & Genesee County is looking for tips to help solve a murder case. Crime Stoppers said on Sunday, April 27, at about 2:05 a.m., 18-year-old Luv’ina McCann was shot and killed in the 2600 block of Thomas Street in Flint. She was leaving an after-prom house party with a group of friends, and she was the passenger in the backseat of a vehicle when she was shot. Crime Stoppers is offering a cash reward of up to $2,500 for tips that lead to a felony arrest.

    SAGINAW CO., Mich. (WNEM) – The freeway ramp of southbound I-675 to northbound I-75 has reopened following a crash. The Michigan Department of Transportation (MDOT) said the crash was reported at about 1:07 p.m. on Friday, May 30. TV5 crews captured photos of a semi that was partially overturned on a guardrail. Semi partially overturned on a guardrail in Saginaw County.(WNEM)The ramp was closed for several hours. At about 5:45 p.m. on Friday, MDOT said the ramp was open again.

    GLADWIN CO., Mich. (WNEM) – A motorcyclist died after a crash with a driver who was operating while intoxicated in Gladwin County early Friday morning, May 30. The Gladwin County Sheriff’s Office said at about 12:15 a.m., deputies were called to a crash on Dale Road near Dundas Road in Tobacco Township.
