WNEM-TV is a television station that operates on virtual channel 5 and UHF digital channel 30. It is a dual affiliate of CBS and MyNetworkTV, licensed to Bay City, Michigan, and caters to the Flint/Tri-Cities area. The station is owned by Gray Television, which is based in Atlanta. WNEM-TV's main studios are situated on North Franklin Street in Saginaw's downtown area, while it also maintains a second newsroom in downtown Flint. The transmitter for WNEM-TV can be found on Becker Road in Robin Glen-Indiantown, located in Buena Vista Township, to the east of Saginaw.

JACKSON, Mich. (WILX) - A Texas man and leader of a Jackson, Michigan gang has been sentenced to federal prison for conspiring to traffic a “unique” kind of fentanyl. Tamarious “Pookie” Faulkner was accused of leading the “violent” street gang, the “Thorough Bread Family” (TBF). Faulkner was sentenced to nearly 18 years in federal prison for conspiracy to distribute over 400 grams of fentanyl.
