Former Wenona School up for auction

On Monday, May 12, the Bay County Land Bank Authority said it is extending an invitation to the public to bid on the property, which is located at 313 Wenona Ave. in Bay City. Anyone who is interested in bidding will need to complete a purchase application, which can be found on the land bank’s website. The minimum bid starts at $3,500, the land bank said.
