4. Phosphorylation Site Predictors Based on DL ModelsIn this section, we summarized the computational tools developed based on DL algorithms for predicting phosphorylation sites in host cells infected with SARS-CoV-2. Current methods primarily employ two protein sequence encoding strategies (Figure 1, Table 2). One category adopts the fully end-to-end approach, which directly encodes phosphorylation and non-phosphorylation sequences through embedding layers and feeding them into DL network layers.
