These include rare earths, which are essential for products that support the green energy transition, such as batteries and the magnets in wind turbines. On 26 June 2023, the ISSB issued its inaugural standards concerning sustainability-related disclosures for international capital markets: IFRS S1 General Requirements for Disclosure of Sustainability-related Financial Information ("IFRS S1") and IFRS S2 Climate-related Disclosures ("IFRS S2") (together, the "ISSB Standards").
