    The weather is getting warmer, the azaleas are blooming, and the calendar has turned to April. That can mean only one thing in the sports world — it's Masters week. The PGA Tour's major season started Thursday, as 89 of the best golfers in the world teed off at Augusta National in Georgia competing for the prestigious green jacket. Unsurprisingly, World No. 1 golfer Scottie Scheffler got off to a fast start Thursday. He shot 6-under in his first round and was one of the top performers on course.

    Augusta, GA - The 2024 Masters had a delayed start on Thursday due to bad weather. Despite this, the golfers managed to deliver a captivating performance amidst the wind and rain. Half an inch of rain fell overnight, and persistent winds whipped through the course, which made the conditions far from ideal. Yet, amidst these challenges, the patrons were treated to a spectacle of top-notch golf.
