Justin Rose was praised by golf fans after he self-reported a violation of the rules during the second round of the RBC Canadian Open. Rose arrived at TPC Toronto's par-3 seventh on Friday having begun the day well. Birdies at the third and fifth had lifted the Englishman to a 3-under total for the tournament and comfortably inside the projected cut.
