Burnham Overy Staithe has been named as the third best "off-the-beaten-track" beach in the UK. Simply Sea Views ranked the coastlines based on how easy it is for holidaygoers to "escape the masses" and "reconnect with nature". It described the beach as "hidden behind a seawall" but home to a "peaceful tidal creek with a timeless, nostalgic feel". The travel experts also praised the picturesque views of "wooden boats bobbing gently at the end of saltmarshes".

At least three police vehicles are currently on the road, which is between the A47 and A147 near the Postwick Interchange. An eyewitness has described seeing officers scouring through the hedges on the verge. Five police cars and sniffer dogs are also currently searching the Postwick Park and Ride.

A biker has been caught speeding down the A11 at 101mph (Image: Norfolk and Suffolk Roads and Armed Policing Team) A motorcyclist has been reported after being caught racing down one of Norfolk's busiest roads at more than 100mph. The incident happened on May 24 on the A11 at Wymondham, during a Norfolk and Suffolk Roads and Armed Policing Team patrol. Officers clocked the rider hurtling down the road at a speed of 101mph. The motorcyclist was then reported for excessive speed.
