    The plans, submitted last week to Norwich City Council, is to change the use of some of the pedestrianised thoroughfare, outside Units 401 and 402, to restaurant use. The units have recently been taken over by popular US fast-food chain Wingstop and Indian street-food restaurant, Mowgli.
