Here is this week’s grab bag of things to gander/ponder/pause on:Mom Intel: A Weekend in Savannah—Our HotelAs a young editor at Time Inc., before I arrived at G&G, I spent A LOT of time staying in and observing interesting, stylish hotels across the country because I traveled constantly for photo shoots. New York City, the Hamptons, Los Angeles, New Orleans, Chicago, and on and on. Many of those trips involved extended periods of time (sometimes up to six weeks).

So much has changed for my little family over the last few years, and it’s been wonderful to soak up the light on the other side of very dark things and observe these present, calm moments with intense gratitude.
