The Federal Trade Commission has announced its annualrevisions to the thresholds for reporting of proposed mergers andacquisitions to the U.S. antitrust authorities under theHart-Scott-Rodino Act and updated its filing fee schedule. Theagency also announced revisions to the thresholds for theprohibition on interlocking directorates. Also potentiallyaffecting compliance, the previously-announced changes to the HSRreporting requirements are being challenged in federalcourt.
