MARC-145, human embryonic kidney 293 T (HEK-293 T), CRL-2843-CD163, and human cervix carcinoma HeLa cells were stored in our laboratory [27]. CRL-2843-CD163 cells were maintained in Roswell Park Memorial Institute 1640 medium (Cat. No. 31800; Solarbio), supplemented with 10% heat-inactivated fetal bovine serum (FBS; Cat. No. 10270–106; Gibco) and antibiotics (100 U/mL penicillin, 100 mg/mL streptomycin; Cat. No. P1400; Solarbio) in a humidified 37 °C and 5% CO2 incubator.

Molecular representation learning is pivotal for advancing deep learning applications in quantum chemistry and drug discovery. Existing methods for molecular representation learning often fall short of fully capturing the intricate interactions within chemical bonds of 2D topological graphs and the multifaceted effects of 3D geometric conformations.

The workflow of our molecular analysis and modeling for both the training (n = 189) and validation (n = 184) cohorts is depicted in Fig. 1. The age and sex ratio were balanced for CRC and healthy groups in the training cohort to reduce the impact of potential confounding factors. The training cohort included 93 CRC patients and 96 healthy individuals (Table S1).

Abstract In this Letter, we use quantum trajectory theory to simulate heterodyne detection of narrow bandwidth superradiant lasing from an incoherently excited atomic ensemble. To this end, we describe the system dynamics and account for stochastic measurement backaction by second-order mean-field theory. Our simulations show how heterodyne measurements break the phase symmetry, and initiate the atomic coherence with a random phase and a long temporal phase coherence.

AbstractCamelina sativa oil (CSO) and Semen Ziziphi Spinosae oil (SZSO) are functional oils that have beneficial effects on brain health. This study evaluated the sedative and hypnotic effects of vegetable oils with various n − 6/n − 3 polyunsaturated fatty acids (PUFA) ratios and ɑ-linolenic acid (ALA) contents to mice.
