The University of Lagos (UNILAG) has debunked reports on the internet about delay of NELFund loans reimbursement to students of the university who paid their obligatory fees prior to the university’s receipt of the loan. The institution’s Head of Communication Unit, Mrs Adejoke Alaga-Ibraheem, debunked the rumour in a statement on Thursday. Alaga-Ibraheem said that the attention of the university had been drawn to a recent publication, alleging delay in reimbursement of NELFund loans to students.
