In this two-sample MR study, we relied on publicly available summary-level data obtained from genome-wide association studies (GWASs) and expression quantitative trait loci studies (eQTLs) (Supplementary Table 1). The relevant codes for SMR analysis, IVW-MR analysis, and MVMR analysis in this study have been presented in Supplementary Table 2.
