In this study, clinical data were sourced from OC datasets within TCGA. Gene expression profiles for healthy individuals were obtained from GTEx Portal, a comprehensive public repository of normal tissue and cell-specific gene expression information. The count data contain 60,499 identifiers and 19,109 samples, including 88 normal ovarian samples from GTEx and 427 OC samples from TCGA.
