Band Gap Characteristics of Lamb WavesTo ensure the convergence of the results, 13,377 degrees of freedom (using free tetrahedral mesh) are utilized for the proposed structure in Figure 1. As illustrated in Figure 4, we studied the variation in the frequencies of the upper and lower boundaries of the first complete bandgap with respect to the number of degrees of freedom in the mesh.
